TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare a Conceptual Master Plan for the Elysium Mega Cluster at Lippo Cikarang.

The development will enliven the area’s disadvantaged location, through the creation of connections to the main regional access, through the utilisation of existing rivers as attractive natural features, and through an efficient yet attractive layout for commercial and residential uses.
