Project Description

The Vision for this hilltop development of over 60 ha, is to become an eco-friendly Township and Eco-Tourism Destination. In reflecting this, TOWNLAND has made use of curvilinear roads and building dispositions that mimic the natural topography of the landscape and its rugged environment. In maximizing the best views across the natural landscape, the Master Plan has sought to create ever changing vistas from each building by sharing open spaces and by carefully designing the fabric of built and non-build spaces.

The unbuildable steep hillsides that are located at the heart of the Development form a ‘green lung’ within the Township and will become a unique nature reserve. These areas will be planted with dense vegetation with winding pedestrian footpaths and look-out points that take advantage of views across the neighbouring landscape. A number of Neighbourhood Retail Centres and Clubhouses with a range of recreational uses will be integrated into the design and will be within walking distance from all residential dwellings. These design elements will in turn, help create a sense of community within the Township of Kasara.
