Project Description

TOWNLAND has been commissioned to prepare a Master Plan for an Integrated Resort Destination on a 194 hectare Site on the northwest coast of Saipan Island, the largest Island of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (U.S. Territories).

The Vision for the Project is the establishment of a World Class Resort which will feature a host of development components including: 7,750 Hotel Rooms and 250 Hotel Villas developed across 22 Hotels; Casino & Gaming Facilities (including 1,600 Tables and 3,600 Slots); Nearly 10,000m² of Convention, Exhibition, and Retail Facilities incorporated into a multifunctional Convention & Entertainment Centre / Shopping Mall; A Water Park spread over approximately 30 hectares; A Town Centre comprising a Themed Shopping Village / Street invoking some of the World’s most popular shopping areas including Beverley Hills, London, Paris and Rome; and additional uses and attractions to contribute to the development of a World Class Integrated Resort Destination on Saipan Island.
