Project Description

TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare a Conceptual Master Plan for a Mixed-Use Development on a 13 ha site in Batam, Kepulauan, Riau, located adjacent to seafront, a Government Centre and Batam Centre International Harbour. The development area is planned as a prominent Integrated Mixed-Use Waterfront Development. The combination of seafront-oriented development products are designed to increase property values in the area.

The provision of high-quality public space is a main feature of the design and capitalizes on the seafront, bringing in water elements to the Site that will strengthen its identity as a key landmark on the Batam Waterfront. The mixture of high-quality products includes residential, leisure and entertainment, comprising a condotel, a hotel, a villatel, apartments and serviced apartments, landed residential houses and a lifestyle centre.
