Project Description

La Belva, or “The View” is planned over 20 ha as a next generation 5 Star Integrated Resort in the Senggigi area. As the name suggests, the Project showcases vistas across the entire Site and promotes the natural features provided by Kerandangan River, the Lombok Strait and views to Mt. Agung, as well as to the rich and lush mountainous terrain that provides the backcloth to the Site. Planned to be a one stop Destination, this area comprises 3 major types of Accommodation, combined and integrated with Food and Beverage, a Cultural-Retail Centre and a Spa / Wellness Facility. The Kerandangan River flows through the middle of the Site and provides a tranquil and relaxing ambience.

The design principles for the Project are based on efforts to showcase the tremendous natural potential; by respecting the natural qualities of the Site to ensure a sustainable future.

This new Development will rejuvenate Senggigi and offers a refreshing tourism image based on the beautiful terrain and the unique shoreline of the Site. The strategy applied in developing the Master Plan introduces and emphasizes various landmark nodes, appealing open spaces and a strong orientation towards Mt. Agung.
