The Ciputra Group, a leading developer in Southeast Asia and specifically in Indonesia has commissioned PT. Townland International to Preliminary Conceptual Master Planning for an integrated Warehouse Development with supporting Commercial and Residential components in Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Krian is one of Indonesia’s largest industrial sector growth regions.

Ciputra Krian, as the development is named, is located within the well-established industrial and commercial district of Krian with good accessibility to the CBD and the distribution networks of Surabaya and Mojokerto, making it an important development in Krian for investment. The Project has a balanced variety of property investment opportunities with Warehouse and Commercial property typologies to enhance business-to-business synergies, including properties dedicated to the assembly of Hi-tech Products, Storage, Exchange, Exhibition, Entertainment and Trade Licensing.

The mid-end Residential components have exclusive access arrangements that are not shared with the Warehouse areas and target mid-level managers in the various Ciputra Krian businesses, which was, prior to the development, an undersupplied sector in the Krian housing market. This area will be complemented with Community Facilities and associated Commercial Areas for community use.
