Project Description

TOWNLAND was commissioned to undertake Master Layout Planning and Conceptual Architectural Design for a residential development project comprising of 78 Townhouses and 6 high-rise Apartment Towers in Mianyang, An County, Sichuan Province. The total gross floor area for the Project is 157,130 sqm.

The Project is located adjacent to the beautiful Anchang River, and to respect the natural environment of the Site, Townhouse development has been located between the River and the high-rise Apartment Towers to ensure a stepped building height profile back from the River. The design also incorporates a large landscaped Park along the River bank for the enjoyment of both the public and residents alike.
