Mr. Ernest Yip a Planning and Landscape Specialist, has been working in Hong Kong and Mainland China for over seventeen years. He also has a wide knowledge of Environmental Planning issues obtained through his extensive involvement on these projects. He has particular expertise in combining Urban Design and GIS skills in development planning and design, and in environmental systems analysis and evaluation.

Ms Niu is a Registered Planner in the PRC and has extensive working experience as a Senior in Concept Planning, Master Planning, Regulatory Detailed Planning and Reviewed Regulatory Detailed Planning in the PRC. She is very familiar with the PRC’s Planning Legislation and Policies.

Ms Yu is an experienced Urban Designer with rich professional experience in Master Planning, Conceptual Planning, Detailed Planning and Site Planning.
