TOWNLAND is pleased to announce that we have recently completed our registration with the Department of Natural Resources of Guangdong Province as a Qualified Professional Urban Planning Firm from the Hong Kong and Macau Region enabling us to practice in Guangdong Province, effective from 15 December 2021.

We are excited to be amongst the first professional services firms from Hong Kong to successfully register under this Scheme, which establishes TOWNLAND as having the equivalent rights as Mainland professional firms for overall planning and detailed planning in addition to other planning services including strategic planning, conceptual planning, urban research and design across Guangdong.

We look forward to deepening our engagements in the Greater Bay Area and are thankful to the Development Bureau of the Hong Kong Government for their efforts in promoting Hong Kong’s professional services firms in Mainland China.
