Project Description

TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare Conceptual Master Planning for a New Town Development on 900 ha of land at Ciseeng, Bogor. A variety of land uses is proposed to take best advantage of the existing and surrounding natural features of the Site. A distinctive development concept has been formulated to compete with existing new Townships in the vicinity of the Project with an emphasis on agriculture in the form of community gardens and farmsteads.
