TOWNLAND was commissioned by PT Nugraha Tanamal to prepare a Preliminary Conceptual Master Plan as well as Conceptual and Schematic Landscape Design, Landscape Design Development Drawings and Implementation Specifications for the first phase of Grand Marina, a luxury Residential Development on ±10.5 ha in a prime area of Tanjung Bunga, Makassar.
With a ±10.5 ha focus area for its first phase, Grand Marina envisions expanding the development to the north (an additional ±8.2 ha) in the future by capitalizing on its waterfront characteristics.
Located on Metro Tanjung Bunga Road, Grand Marina is only ±3.5 km away from the prominent tourism destination of Losari Beach. The Site is also surrounded by other amenities, including the Trans Studio Mall. With this prime and strategic location, Grand Marina targets the high-end market by offering a luxurious residential product with facilities, such as a clubhouse and mosque.
