PT Jembrana Golf dan Resort Bali appointed TOWNLAND to develop a Conceptual Master Plan for ±143 ha of land in Pekutatan, Bali. The Site forms part of the larger integrated KBS Park Development, encompassing approximately 470 ha of land and is envisioned as a new premium golf resort destination on the northwestern coast of Bali.

Jembrana Golf and Wellness Resort will become a sanctuary for luxury golf enthusiasts, offering an exceptional golfing experience supported by World-class amenities and enriched by Balinese hospitality. The Site capitalizes on its natural assets shaped by undulating terrain and optimizes extensive views toward the ocean and surrounding forested hills. The Master Plan incorporates an 18-hole Par 72 Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, providing a continuous and uninterrupted golfing experience. A Golf Country Club is strategically positioned at the centre of the Site and provides convenient access to the Golf Course. The Country Club, integrated with a 350-key Golf Hotel, encompasses a cascading lake and finishing hole, allowing spectators to fully enjoy the game against a picturesque ocean backdrop. An Eco-wellness Destination that includes a Destination Restaurant, a Spa Retreat and Villa Resorts are located on the eastern side of the Site, offering holistic relaxation and healing through immersion in nature. An existing banana plantation next to the Site presents an opportunity for local community empowerment and collaboration to develop a distinctive flagship theme for the Wellness Resort. The Site also offers 1,114 units of exclusive golf villas, providing a range of accommodation options that cater to diverse user groups, from corporate retreats and family holiday stays to silver citizens and retirees seeking a relaxed resort lifestyle surrounded by a scenic golf experience.
