Visual Impact Assessment
Throughout the years, TOWNLAND has successfully completed various Visual Impact Assessments and Visual Assessments in support of Planning Applications for development of different types and scales i.e. from a single building block to large scale public housing estates. We are fully familiar with the requirements of the TPB Guidelines No. 41 Guidelines on Submissions of VIA for Planning Applications to the TPB. TOWNLAND is well adept at advising how the building design can best fit in with the visual context and be compatible with the surrounding environment. Some of our VIA/ VA projects include the following:
Examples
- Visual Impact Assessment for Proposed Developments at the Comprehensive Development Area (“CDA”) Site in Diamond Hill
- Visual Impact Assessment for Hospital Authority’s Supporting Services Centre in Tin Shui Wai
