Project Description

Sentul Mixed Use Development is a Retail and Luxury Residential Development compound located within Sentul City, an Integrated Township in the highlands of Bogor. The City is well-known for its resort-like residential compounds which capitalise on its natural environment, extensive greeney and fresh air, and which attract visitors from the Jabodetabek area, especially during weekends. The Development Site is adjacent to Sentul Highland Golf Club and is conveniently within walking distance of Taman Budaya Sentul, a Hotel and National Bank Training Centre. The Site features natural undulating terrain and mature existing trees which has inspired the landscape design concept focused on Highland Luxury Lifestyle.

The principal landscape design approach utilises the natural topography and terrain and ensures optimum preservation of mature existing trees.

The Retail Area offers a unique open air retail experience, supported by excellent accessibility from the Sentul City main thoroughfare, and has amazing views of the golf course with the mountains as a backdrop. The sensitive placement of architectural and landscape elements capitalises on the natural topography and large existing trees, and seamless pedestrian friendly connections are provided to draw people across the multi-level retail areas.

TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare the full Landscape Design Service including Conceptual & Schematic Landscape Design, Landscape Design Development, Landscape Design Tender Drawings and Implementation Specifications, and Periodic Site Inspections and Reporting and Design Coordination During the Landscape Construction Period.
