Project Description

TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare a Conceptual Master Plan and to undertake Detailed Regulatory Planning of the Site (14.5 ha) adjoining a proposed road on Sijiao Island, Shengshi County, Zhejiang Province, PRC. The objective is to plan a low-density residential development, with the development position reflecting the high-quality hill-top residential location, thereby attracting high-income nuclear families, retirees and vacationers.
