TOWNLAND was appointed to undertake the Landscape Design of Kensington Residences in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta with a landscape area of ±1.4ha. TOWNLAND’s Services included for Conceptual Landscape Design through to the Tender Documentation stage and Periodic Site Inspections during the construction period.

Being widely known as one of the most luxurious apartments in the northern part of Jakarta, the landscape design of the Kensington Apartments delivers high quality living with manicured outdoor spaces that represent a natural tropical landscape.
