TOWNLAND was commissioned to develop a Preliminary Conceptual Master Plan for an Integrated Casino Resort Development : the Hidden Legend on a 2,065 ha Site located on the doorstep of Phnom Koulen National Park, 50 km northeast of Siem Reap , Cambodia.

The Hidden Legend will be an Integrated Resort Development catering to a wide range of tourists from high-end luxury travellers to mid-range families on vacation. Our Vision is for a Project that will capitalize on its unique setting on the doorstep of the National Park and the recently developed Ancient City of Mahendraparvata.

The elements of our Vision include: Integrated Hotel Casino, Resort Hotel & Villas, Water Theme Park, Historical and Cultural Activities, Sports Centre & Academies, Medical Tourism Facilities, Retail & Entertainment Village, Golf Courses, Areas for Residential Living, Nature & River Activities, Agri-Tourism Facilities, Training & Employment Oppportunities, Reprovision Area and Utilities & Supporting Facilities.
