Project Description

TOWNLAND was commissioned by PT. Mentari Agung Mandiri, a subsidiary of Matahari Land, to prepare Conceptual Master Planning for an extension area to the existing Bumi Siliwangi Residential Estate on ±16.8 Ha of land in Siliwangi, Bandung. The Site is envisioned as a green and liveable residential neighbourhood, complemented by an attraction hub comprising of a Mini Water Park and a Sports Centre to form a new recreational destination within the Region.

The residential neighborhood will fosters an inclusive community and an active and healthy lifestyle through a series of high-quality green open spaces and neighbourhood parks, supported by interconnected pedestrian and bicycle linkages throughout. The residential area is divided into 2 Mega Clusters on the West and the East of the Site. Each Mega Cluster is planned with lavish greenery and easy access to a Lake Park and a Clubhouse. Bumi Siliwangi is planned to provide 722 housing units with a projected population of 3,610 residents.
