• PIK2 Sedayu Indo City by Agung Sedayu Group & Salim Group: Gold Award for “The Best Township Masterplan Design”. TOWNLAND has been involved with various design aspects of this Project including Master Planning, Urban Design Guidelines and Landscape Design Guidelines in 2013, 2016, and 2018.
• Park Hyatt by MNC Land Tbk: Gold Award for “The Best Luxury Hotel Development”. TOWNLAND provided Full Landscape Design Services to this Project, which was completed in 2020.
• Kota Baru Parahyangan by PT. Belaputera Intiland: Gold Award for “The Best Township Development”. TOWNLAND has been involved in several rounds of Master Planning, Site Planning and Urban Design for various aspects of this Development in 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2017.
• Shila at Sawangan by Vasanta Diamond Sawangan, PT Pakuan Tbk and PT Diamond Development Sawangan: Gold Awards for “The Best Eco Friendly Housing Development”. TOWNLAND provided Landscape Design services for the Residential Clusters, Shophouse Retail, Creek and Streetscape Areas, which was completed in 2021.
