The Hong Kong Institute of Planners awarded a MERIT AWARD (2013) to the “Yau Tong Bay Waterfront, Kowloon Development Project”, Hong Kong, that was commissioned by a Joint Venture Group of Developers. TOWNLAND provided the Planning inputs for the Project.
