Project Description

TOWNLAND was commissioned to prepare a Conceptual Master Plan for an area surrounding Lake Cihuni.

To maximize the land value within the Project and to capitalize on lake views, a high density development is proposed with a strong lakefront character. A variety of development features have been created to add to the attractiveness of the Development, including Artificial Islands, a Floating Restaurant, a Green Lifestyle Centre and Iconic Bridges.
