PT Megah Beverly Sejahtera appointed TOWNLAND to undertake the revitalization of an existing Golf Resort Development located on the eastern coastline of Batam. Formerly known as the Tering Bay Golf and Country Club – Nongsa, the Golf Course is designed by the former World Number One Golfer Greg Norman and is a beautiful and challenging 18 hole par-72 course nestled amidst hills, lakes and lush tropical greenery. The Project has been rebranded as the Batam Island Country Club (BICC) and is envisioned to be an upscale one-stop integrated golf centre and waterfront lifestyle destination.

Having a unique Site character, BICC is targeting the golf market along with locals, vacationers and silver citizens by offering a luxurious residential product complemented by high quality outdoor facilities.
