One of TOWNLAND’s long standing Clients, Legend Development Ltd from Macau, announced last month the launch of their HK$2.15 billion integrated Resort and Casino development in Praia, Cape Verde. TOWNLAND is responsible for the Master Planning of this 16 ha seafront development. The entire complex will consist of a Casino Hotel, a Marina and an iconic Walled City filled with boutique hotels, restaurants, retail and a conference center. The use of a themed design for the development with a strong Portuguese colonial architectural style is used as an added attraction that will appeal to the Asian and Western tourists alike
