Mr. Wai has been responsible for a wide range of architectural design projects, including; residential and office buildings, hotels, factory buildings, station design for the Mass Transit Railway of HK, entertainment destinations, schools and churches, cemeteries, and master planning for mass housing and mixed development at small, medium and large scales. Mr. Wai is both an experienced Designer and Project Manager.
