Mr. Beunder is an Associate Director / Master Planner with more than 20 years of experience in both large scale strategic and detailed site specific urban planning and urban design. The first 10 years of those he spent in Europe, the last 10 years in Asia.

Mr. Beunder has over the years gained a particular experience in working on complex urban regeneration and revitalization projects, both in Europe as in Asia.

Mr. Beunder is permanently based in Mumbai since 2008. As an Associate/ Master Planner he has been working on Master Planning projects in India since 2005 and is highly familiar with the specific requirements for planning and design strategies in India. As a Project Manager Mr. Beunder has been leading teams of planners, designers, infrastructure engineers and real estate experts on various strategic and site specific planning projects over the last decade.
