Monika holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Master Degree in Urbanism, both from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), the Netherlands, and is certified as a Regional and Town Planning Expert and is a Greenship Professional certified by Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). With over 20 years of professional experience, Monika has been involved in various projects with diverse scale, and covering Architecture, Landscape Design, Urban Design and Master Planning. The projects are located in many parts of the World; in The Netherlands, Chile, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Cape Verde, Brunei Darussalam, Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, India and Indonesia; wherefrom she obtained high integration skills to adjust to different project requirements and has learnt to view things from different perspectives.

Monika is currently working as a Director at Townland’s Jakarta Office. She is highly experienced in analysing project objectives to identify and develop potential design concepts and can subsequently translate the same into practical and innovative conceptual and detailed design. Monika also possesses strong leadership skills and is responsible for the leadership of teams of professionals in achieving outstanding design outcomes.
