Keren has over 30 years professional planning and project management experience (30 years of which were in Asia). She established the TOWNLAND parent Company in HK in 1985, Townland Consultants (International) Ltd. In 1992, TOWNLAND’s Representative Office in Indonesia in 1996, PT Townland International (Indonesia) in 2000, Townland Consultants (Shenzhen) Ltd. In 2002, Townland Consultants Private Ltd. In India in 2008 and Townland Consultants (Chengdu) Ltd. In 2010. She provides overall strategic management and direction to the TOWNLAND Group of Companies, which is active throughout Asia and in the Islands of the S. Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. In addition she specialises in Private Sector development consultancy. She is Hong Kong’s Leader in providing specialist advice and project management on major planning and development studies, site specific applications to the Planning Authority and peer reviews of projects to ensure outcomes that are both sustainable and optimise on development potential for all stakeholders.
