With over 15 years of experience, Delius has engaged in various planning studies covering Development Consultancy, Land Use Planning, Feasibility Studies, Urban Design, Strategic Planning Studies for Governments, Agencies and the Private Sector in both Hong Kong and Australia. Delius is a highly skilled town planner and has proven ability in Development Consultancy with wide experience in liaising with Government Departments, private developers, specialist consultants and stakeholders and providing planning advice to Clients on development potential, options, and implementation strategies. As a project manager, she oversees numerous projects and led multidisciplinary teams to achieve Client’s objectives. Her familiarity and in-depth knowledge with the planning requirements is a major asset in helping Clients to secure town planning and development approvals. Delius is also responsible for overseeing TOWNLAND’s quality management system.
