Ms Leung received academic training in the UK, where she obtained a Master of Science in International Planning. She is currently focusing on Hong Kong-based Development Consultancy and has gained in-depth knowledge of regulatory planning in Hong Kong, working on various planning applications and studies for Government, Agencies and the Private Sector.
