TCL was commissioned to develop a planning proposal for a residential development on a 15 ha Site in Zhenghai District. A modern style was adopted in the design, which was produced on the basis of a set of rationally derived planning, environmental and technical parameters and with reference to international planning experience. Retail outlets and other G/IC facilities were evenly distributed within the site.
