Project Description

In J/V with the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design, preparation of zoning and layout plans, development schedules and urban design guidelines for a 7km length of downtown waterfront development (approx. 392 ha). Proposals included commercial, residential and recreation developments on new reclamation together with upgrading and conservation proposals for existing urban development areas.
