Project Description

TCL was responsible for planning inputs to the preliminary stage of the Study to investigate the potential for the development of district cooling systems in Hong Kong. Also for advice on general planning issues associated with the proposed installations, comment on planning constraints of possible sites, potential measures for mitigation of their impact, and advice on the land-use implications for different types of area.
