Responsible for providing professional development consultancy services including coordination of multi-disciplinary teams. An example of a successful Rezoning Request coordinated by TCL includes the Hok Un Power Station, Hung Hom Site which is to be redeveloped for residential/commercial purposes accommodating around 18,000 persons and a full range of community/open space uses.
