Project Description

The Study was to establish the existing and future land use plans for an area (approximately 116 square km) which covers the Indus, San Tin and Ganges drainage basins. The land use plans were to be used for the formulation of the Stormwater Drainage Master Plan for the flood prone Northern New Territories. TCL also advised on the compatibility of the drainage project and land uses shown on relevant statutory plans (Outline Zoning Plans).
