This rural site is located in the northern part of Changsha County and covers an area of 8 sq. km, of which 5 sq.km. is water surface, and is thus a prime site for an important recreational water park and high class tourist development. TCL acted as Team Leader for this Project, which involved analysis of the natural and cultural environment, preparation of a master layout plan and detailed area designs, landscaping and environmental planning. The AWARD WINNING outcome was the creation of a waterside haven for living, tourism and play, and a high quality landmark residential and water-based recreation development for Changsa.
