TOWNLAND assists organisations and communities in focusing their missions and objectives and improving their effectiveness and efficiency. Community participation is an integral part of our work from inception, through project development, to implementation. We work closely with stakeholders in developing integrated social development programmes for income generation and livelihood development, education and training, health improvement and community development. We assist in the development of shared values, the reform of structures and the implementation of improved systems.
