Project Description

TCL was responsible for assessment of the planning implications of the Project and identification of the existing and planned land uses which may be affected by the proposed Spur Line. TCL was also responsible for assessment of the potential for property developments along the Spur Line and formulation of the planning strategy for realisation of the development potential.
