Project Description

Investigation and recommendations for an additional major strategic road link from Lantau Island to the mainland. The Study examined different crossing structural forms and alignments, recommending a preferred bridge and tunnel crossing. Land use and environmental impacts were important inputs to a multi-criteria evaluation process.
