Project Description

A multi-disciplinary study for the formulation of a concept plan to guide the urban renewal strategy for the study area of 1.6 sq. km. The major tasks include the identification of target action areas and recommendation on implementation priorities. Redevelopment, preservation, rehabilitation and revitalisation have to be addressed. TCL is responsible for project management and all planning, urban design, landscape and social impact inputs.
