Project Description

Preparation of a Position Paper and Executive Summary to advise on the rezoning of old industrial areas to residential use. The appraisal of the San Po Kong Industrial Area was to be used as an example for other industrial areas. The Position Paper primarily was to present a macro planning context and overview of the opportunities and constraints in respect of the intended rezoning and to explain the institutional and implementation aspects.
