Strategic Sewage Disposal Scheme (SSDS) Stage II Preliminary Project Feasibility Study, Hong Kong
Project Description

The purpose of the Study was to confirm the feasibility of the recommendations of the SSDS Environmental Impact Assessment Study to provide under SSDS Stage II a transfer and pumping system to convey the Stage I and Stage III/IV effluent from Stonecutter’s Island sewage treatment works to the oceanic outfall east of Lamma and the disinfection facilities. TCL were responsible for reviewing relevant planning documents and undertaking population projections for the Study Area.
