Project Description

Identification of areas of potential investment in residential and recreation/tourism schemes. Assessment of land use plans and policies, identification of constraints and opportunities and classification of the whole of the NT into areas of high, medium and low development opportunities. The Study was updated in the light of new statutory controls in the New Territories and preliminary planning advice was given in respect of individual sites.
