The Site is located within an
environmentally sensitive wetland/
mangrove area and the design
incorporates key environmental
planning criteria to achieve
the harmonious integration of
the built and natural-environment.
The proposals include low rise
bungalows, medium rise apartment
complexes, entertainment and
educational centres.
