Study on Port Back-up Facilities and Land Requirements in Hong Kong
Project Description

The Study examined the process through which empty container storage is organised in Hong Kong and South China and identified the strengths and weaknesses of the current system as it relates to land use planning and development with the intention of supporting the competitiveness of Hong Kong’s port. Interviews with the key players organising the movement of and storage at containers were undertaken in the assessment.
