Project Description

This is another Study to examine the development potential and impact of private housing development. TCL was involved in the preparation of a Master Layout Plan and Explanatory Statement for the 7.1 ha. site. A multi-disciplinary approach was adopted to optimise the development potential of the site in light of identified site constraints.
