Keren has over 30 years professional planning and project management experience (27 years of which were in Asia). She established TOWNLAND in HK in 1985, Townland Consultants (International) Ltd. In 1992, TOWNLAND's Representative Office in Indonesia in 1996, PT Townland International (Indonesia) in 2000, Townland Consultants (Shenzhen) Ltd. in 2002 and Townland International India Ltd. in 2007. She provides overall strategic management and direction to the TOWNLAND Group of Companies, which is active throughout Asia and in the Islands of the S. Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. In addition she specialises in Private Sector development consultancy. She manages multi-disciplinary teams and is Hong Kong's Leader in providing specialist advice on major planning and development studies and peer reviews of projects to ensure implementable and practical planning solutions.

 

WAI HING WAH
Director / Chief Architect

Wai also has over 30 years professional experience, in his case in architecture, urban design, master planning and project management in Hong Kong, P.R. China and South East Asia. Wai is experienced in an extensive range of development types, including residential, leisure and recreation, hotel, office, commercial, community and transport interchange. Wai also provides design leadership and project management for New Town development and large scale mixed use developments.

 

ANDREW SLOANE
Managing Director / Quality Director

As our Managing Director and Quality Director with 16 years consulting experience, Andrew provides professional support, management and technical development for the firm’s Management Systems. TOWNLAND has been ISO 9001 certified since 1997. External services provided by Andrew include ISO Management and Social Accountability Systems and Company Strategic Plan preparation. As Managing Director, Andrew administers overall management of the Firm’s operations and leads the TOWNLAND Group’s corporate management development and improvement in terms of management systems control and compliance.
