Project Description

Planning and urban design inputs to the preparation of a residential area layout (over 60 ha), forming part of the District to accommodate the designated new administration, finance and business centre to the north of the old Chongqing City. The urban design principles have recognised the opportunities offered by the topography of the site on rolling hills overlooking the designated CBD. The housing mix and landuse transitional treatment were also carefully considered to ensure a high quality township in support of the future CBD.
