Project Description

The objective of this Technical Assistance Project was to prepare the Clarke Area Municipal Development Project which was aimed at improving the living conditions, public health standards and urban environment in the Local Government residential complexes in Central Luzon. TCL was responsible for providing the urban planning input to this Study.
