TCL was responsible for all land use planning aspects and the co-ordination of the planning/lands team for inputs to the formulation and evaluation of the land use options, the detailing (Master Plan) of the preferred option and the implementation programme for the rehabilitation of a Government quarry within a designated urban fringe park.
