Project Description

TCL are providing all the urban planning inputs to this Project focussing on the planning of facilities for low income groups. TCL’s services include, inter alia, review of the overall land use pattern, current master plan and demographic studies, etc; study of local Government policies; study of existing housing facilities and socio-economic conditions; study of planning norms and housing bye laws and proposed Government revisions; study of transportation data; and preparation of a redevelopment plan incorporating recommend-ations for improvements and on the programming and implementation.
